Symanski and McKnight, PA CPA also provides professional services for completion of reviewed financial statements. A review engagement provides less assurance than an audit engagement.

The engagement entails various analytical and inquiry procedures and the review report will offer limited assurance on the financial statements. We have numerous clients that require review services due to bank covenant requirements or other compliance requirements.

These services can be performed in accordance with the traditional generally accepted accounting principles or can be prepared in accordance with another basis of accounting such as the income tax basis or the cash basis of accounting.
